HB-01F/S series high temperature resistant shield is the water chamber cooling structure at the front end of the front air chamber. It is a product specially designed for special environment. In high temperature environment, the cavity is cooled by circulating cooling water, and the front end compressed air forms wind. The curtain can take away some of the heat and keep the window clean. The product can be used in places with high ambient temperature and a lot of dust.
The water-cooled shroud housing has a water chamber, and the cooling water is input from the rear inlet, and is discharged from the water outlet of the front end through the water chamber to remove heat, and is resistant to an ambient temperature of about 200 °C. The front end of the shield is provided with a wind chamber, which is introduced from the front air inlet. The compressed air can take away part of the heat through the inner cavity of the shield and is discharged from the exhaust port. However, the compressed air used is generally only coarsely filtered in the workshop, and the user is recommended to be in the compressed air. Add a fine filter before entering the shield.
